What to Expect
Connemara and parts of Mayo are popular, yet relatively unexplored part of Ireland. During this workshop we will hit the hotspots but also drive around and explore lesser parts.. We will shoot sunrises and sunsets everyday should the weather allow.. Sunrise this time of the year is 5.50am and sunset is 9.20pm. After breakfast we will break and chill for a few hours as sunset this time of the year is so late we could’t possibly shoot from dawn to dusk right through. We will stop for lunch / dinner throughout the days or possibly if the weather allows, have a BBQ at one of our shoot locations. The workshop will commence at 3pm on the 13th and finish at 3pm on Sunday the 16th. We will also have some opportunities to work on some processing of our images throughout the workshop, I will also screen record our Post Processing session for you to take home so you can view at a later date.
We will spend our entire stay at Peacockes Hotel, Maam Cross. Peacockes is in the heart of Connemara with many of our locations only 10-15 minutes drive away. Each person will have their own room, which includes breakfast every morning after we shoot sunrise. The hotel is also equipped with a bar and cosy restaurant.
When you book a workshop or tour with us, your booking confirmation email will automatically send you instructions on how to make use of our perfect payment plan to make the cost of the workshop or tour you have booked easier on the pocket.
