What to Expect
We will meet at the accommodation at 1pm, where will will get checked in and get staright to shooting. If you require a lift from Dublin on the Friday and back on the Sunday, the workshop will be an extra €30, email me on bernard@bglandscapetours.ie to arrange this. Sunrise this time of the year is 7am, and sunset is 6.15pm. This means we will easily be able to shoot from sunrise to sunset (with lunch, snack and an hours rest in between) with no problems. It also means there will be plenty of down time where we can review our images, make dinner or even eat out in Dingle in the evenings, this is something we can decide on during the workshop. Should the weather not be favourable, we can do some post processing and I can even do some tutorial videos for you all. There is a fantastic number of shots and locations we have to choose from, like seascapes, mountain passes and harbours. On the Sunday checkout is 10am, after breakfast on the way towards home will can venture into the Black Valley, known for its amazing light to shoot Molls cottage and Lough Gummeenduff. We will finish the workshop at approx 3pm.
We will spend our entire stay in a large self catering house, the house has the most amazing views from a hill side overlooking the amazing Great Blasket Islands, Coumeenole beach and right along the brilliant Slea Head Drive. The house is just 15 minutes from Dingle town centre. This is easily one of the best self catering accommodations I have ever stayed in with a tour, it consists of 5 bedrooms, this way everyone gets single occupancy. The house is large, has all mod-cons needed for cooking, three bathrooms, a patio area overlooking the Blaskets and a large living room for potential post processing work during bad weather or after sun down.
We can arrange twin or double rooms should you want to book as friends or a couple.
When you book a workshop or tour with us, your booking confirmation email will automatically send you instructions on how to make use of our perfect payment plan to make the cost of the workshop or tour you have booked easier on the pocket.
