What to Expect

Join us in the Wicklow Mountains National Park for what promises to be a great days shooting with like minded people. This will be a full day workshop and will run from 6.15am (sunrise) – 6pm. We will meet to start the workshop at 6.15am at the Red Cow Luas stop and join me in my luxury 9 seater mini bus for the duration of the workshop. We will finish up at 4pm and I will return you to your cars in the Red Cow.  This workshop is restricted to just 4 people to allow plenty of room for each person in the bus, you will be required top wear face masks while in the bus. You are also welcome to follow along in your own car if you feel more comfortable. This will be a long but guaranteed to be a great day of photography and craic

This will be an amazing day of autumn photography in some of irelands best places to fall colours. I also have some hidden spots up my sleeve to bring you exploring. We will start in Glendalough for sunrise with what will hopefully be lovely, calm & misty conditions.

We will stop during the day for lunch at the beautiful Glenmalure lodge or the Coach House in Roundwood, in the heart of the mountains, They both do soup, sandwiches and full dinners.

Once you make your way to the Red Cow, you will not have to drive for the rest of the workshop as we take you around in our fully insured and spacious luxury 9 seater mini bus, which comes fully air-conditioned, with power points for charging all phones and cameras.

You are also welcome to follow me in your own car for the day if that feels more comfortable.

Ireland isn’t exactly known for its sunny weather, but what it can be known for is the amazing light, stormy seas and moody clouds. No matter what the weather, you can be sure we are in the right part of the country to capture what ever mood is thrown at us. As the weather is so unpredictable in Ireland its impossible to set out a definite itinerary until we actually start the workshop, I will however be keeping a very very close eye on the weather throughout the day to make sure I get you in the right place, at the right time, for the right light.
